Loot automatically goes to someone if people leave

Description:

Basically, whenever there is a group in a dungeon, and if the last person doesn't choose need/greed/pass, and everyone else leaves while passing, the last person automatically gets the loot. Normally this isn't an issue, but the fact that it locks people out for a week means this should not happen. The system should keep the loot pending for the 300 seconds, and then if no choice is selected, auto-pass on the only remaining person in the group.
