Looking for a New FC.

I'm currently looking for a actively raiding FC, I'm willing to transfer servers from my current one but I'd prefer to know more about the FC before doing so.

What am looking for and Info about me:
Mature/18+ Free Company
Not to hardcore but not to casual. I'm all for progression and learning new content and things.
Has a VoIP (Prefer Vent or TS but can use just about any of the VoIP's)
Active and has plans to stick around for a long time.
Time Zone:PST
Raid Times Preferred: Any Really, got a lot of free time.
Raid Experience on FFXIV:
Have done turns 1-4, Done T5 and have gotten passed dive bombs but have little experience with adds. Haven't bothered with CT yet though.
Current Server: Midgardsormr
Main Class is BRD, Have a PLD that is Coil ready.


I'm after a free company that's understanding that in the end am only human and not machine that can do everything perfectly. I won't hide that I can be a bit of a joker and that my voice can sound hostile to others when it's not my intention just the way my voice sounds.
