Carpenter LeveQuest Bug

I looked around and did not find any info on this exact bug per say, so I am reporting it.

Character at the time of Glitch: Mister Gremlin

CRP level 35 LeveQuest in Gridania "Flintstone Flight".

The quest calls for 3 Walnut "Macuahimeh" to be turned in.
In crafting log/Market board I only find Walnut "Macuahuitl".

Upon purchasing 3 Macuahuitl from the Market Board and attempting to complete the quest. It removed 1/3 from my inventory, however on screen duty display shows 2/3 turned in. I still have 2 Macuahuitl in my inventory and it will not allow me to complete the Leve (it is a repeatable leve as well). I did get the full reward of 19,600xp and 488 gil for the attempt (which should have removed all 3 items from my inventory).

So to be clear, I bought 3 items needed for 1 attempt at a Leve, it removed 1 item from my players inventory, gave me the reward for what should have been a 3 item removal from my inventory. The progress now says I have turned in 2/3 (which I assume would be a 3 item+3 item due to the possible repeating) and I am unable to turn in the other 2 items or advance the Levequest to completion. As shown above the names of the inventory items do not match either. I took 4 screenshots on my ps3, but I have no idea where and if I should submit them.

I am hoping this is a known issue and will be fixed soon.

What's displayed on the screen is how many you have of the item required.
If it says 2/3, it means you need one more in order to hand in again.

We encourage you to attempt the suggestion offered by Nekodar. As you have not responded, we are going to go ahead and assume this has resolved. If this does not resolve the issue, please create another bug report thread and use the bug reporting template found Here. Also, please state the steps you have attempted to resolve this issue.
