T2 Enrage problem

The funny thing about all this is that OP assumes that the population in the game is a 1:1 healer to tank ratio to begin with. Also we are assuming that there is a 1:1 ratio of healers to tanks who are geared and able to do coil as well. On my server this isn't even the case primarily because when I need to fill for my static, its usually not tanks I need but healers. When I look for tanks I usually get them pretty quickly. YMMV.
