T2 Enrage problem

That's how my group does it. This is FFXIV, where you can change jobs on the fly :P

And this is why this is such a non-issue. Just get a static, pugging it has even worse problems than lack of a tank slot.

Because every tank has a geared healer right? Also, all tanks must have a static party right? That will let this 3rd healer loot Turn 2?

Doesn't have to be the tank who alts a healer. Almost every party has someone with a healer alt.
