From what ive read it takes a reboot of the area in question. It was fixed by either a server reboot, or an area reboot. Not sure which one- but an easy fix.Last night when I was trying to get the quest finished, there had been several characters debating which way would be the fastest to get attention from support about the issue. Several tickets had been submitted already by then, but the players were feeling desperate enough to use other means with faster response times; i.e.: submitting tickets for use of foul language, etc.. Through research I have discovered that this problem has occurred on another server a couple months ago. Surely someone somewhere knows how to fix it properly.
Im guessing it will be fixed tomorrow with the 1-3AM downtime.
