Unable to launch FINAL FANTASY XIV updater.

won't boot to get update, just bout over crap with this game... can't even find a digital download to re-install it!! IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD TO FIND A DOWNLOAD!!! fukn bs!

Np ,, I went 5 days with out FFXIV cause this launch updater thing then all sudden starts working ... I should get a refund

I had the same issue here with a error code [11003], Which would not even load the updater. I re installed the game and three times i got and error with [11006],[20819],[19900], and [23] while installing. It eventually finished and i was able to load up the updater and log in.
However now I am unable to log in while getting "an unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV: a realm reborn. (2)(17)" which i get upon loading in to the game. From my end it must be windows 8.1 do to i had little to no issues with windows 8 but a few minor crashes after extended play time. It's becoming really irritating dealing with so many issues continuously with this game.
