Hello everyone, I just got my Holy lance and im wondering if I should start stacking as much skill-speed as possible and whether it would be a good idea to do so to increase Dps. What do you think? Thanks.![]()

Current estimations leave Skill Speed as the least powerful additional stat because it does not affect auto attack damage. I would imagine I will get Holy Lance for 2.2s Vanity Slots because it is very pretty.
I understand what you're saying. I managed to get my Skill-speed up to 491 and I'm liking the increase in speed, I never noticed a big decrease in the amount of Crits.
489 Skill Speed and it's awesome because fitting more combos into a phase means more dps... no one wants titan to jump away when ur about to use full thrust. pretty boss stat dont bother above 500 though.
I don't always pug, but when i do, it's with Pretty Ugly Guys
To directly answer your question: I don't think anyone considers maxing out skill speed to be a good strategy for increasing DPS, compared to the other secondary stats.
It's pretty well accepted that skill speed is our least valuable secondary stat. That said, the most important thing is your main stat, and keeping accuracy capped; so it doesn't really matter, and you should do whatever makes ya happy. The hardest fights in the game do not require anywhere near perfect gear.
Thank you for your answerSo what's wrong with tyring to go over 500 skill speed?
Thanks, what I'l do is stick to your advice as well as Warrlordds - Sticking with SP around 489 And to concerntrate on Crit rate from now on. Obviously if I was to do Coil, Accuracy would be a major stat to cap over anything. To directly answer your question: I don't think anyone considers maxing out skill speed to be a good strategy for increasing DPS, compared to the other secondary stats.

You want to be in the mid 460s for Turns 1-4, and in the mid 470s for Turn 5. There's no reason to go over, and you may as well put your secondary stats somewhere else, if you can.
