Well depends how many skills they end up giving you and how TP is calculated. Have to try it before making initial judgement.I would have pefered for it to be slightly faster cause pug looks so slow compared to it now, but whatever. I'm wondering how delay will be working in this game. I remember playing DRK in ffxi and the delay between attacks was likr 6 seconds and that was awful. Just looking at the video it seems all classes have different speeds. Sword was about 2 secs, h2h was about 1.5, and lance was about 3 seconds. I hope we don't see any weapons past 4 seconds though. I wonder if weapon delay will be displayed on the weapon stats now? I wished they just kept the delay the same across all weapons cause it would be no different DPS wise between DD than it is now.
If say a slow great sword gives you 400 TP per hit... that's would really balance out attack speed.
If not...what does this mean:

I should have gone farther:
In implementing auto-attack in 1.18, we’ll also need to make major revisions to enmity algorithms, tweak the motion of certain actions (as seen in the above video), and also rebalance a handful of them—just to list a few battle-related items.
I think you need to re-read the letter too.
The Dungeons, which ARE included in 1.18, arent finished either.
That doesnt mean they arent coming with 1.18 it just means they still have to work on it till 1.18 gets on the Live Servers
yup. but also mean we have to wait lil longer.
