How much gil does the *average* player have?

Have around 22 million I think across my 2 characters made a huge killing in 1.0 but like others have said made only 20k after 2.2! Rage Quit the game after the 5th day of the patch 2.1!

yup no need to play a game where one of my favorite past times (crafting) is basicly useless and is in a free fall! And i really meant 2.1 and planning on checking out 2.2 ><

And i was being funny about Ragequit. I just chose not to resub until maybe 2.2

A bit over 3m. I gather pretty regularly and am notoriously fiesty with the marketplace.

9.5m but I haven't been bored enough to craft for gil in a long time.

I usually hover between 100k and 150k gil.
As for making money, I could probably make millions a week if I put my complete focus on it, depending on the market of course.
But as my main reasons for having gil are teleports, gear repair and occasionally refilling my shards stock I don't need to have very much, henceforth I donate any excess gil to my FC for the house.

900k. Only leveled one character to 50 with relic and all that, did both some low level gathering and crafting and sold some, converted used things into materia and sold, also played the market a bit. Have been saving since beginning of October when i had around 100k (just after lvl 50).

I wonder if this is enough for a personal house?

Time will tell, but right now I am not going to worry about that.
Personal housing is another ~5 months away, at least.

Haven't bought a single item off marketboard. I don't craft, but have a 50 fisher that didn't make any significant gil. I have a 50 pld, a 50 smn, and leveling, a now, 41 drg...

...having said that, I just cleared 1mil gil in my inventory. I've made more total, but this is the most at one time in my account. I started at launch.
