but if they have the two-handed sword class a Tank class as a base class and a Tank Job for 1 of its 2 Jobs then most likely the tank Job will use the same armor as GLA, PLD, MAR, and WAR. So saving those CT, DL, or Allagan armor can be a time saver and gil saver for people going to tank role the Two-handed sword class. However, I think they said we won't see Ishgard until the first expansion pack.

I'm wondering if we're going to see a more city-centric storyline for the next few patches. Obviously "Maelstrom" has to do with Limsa Lominsa and Leviathan. 2.3 I believe Ramuh is slated to appear. Shiva is the only other Primal that has been hinted at by the dev team (nowhere in game yet) but I think she would be associated more with the Ishgardians than the Ul'dahns. (who have yet to have another Primal associated with their area)

Apart from the Primals, we also have the main storyline concerning the Scions and the Ascians, the mysteries of Bahamut will continue to be unveiled through the expansion of the Binding Coil next patch, and the following patch will expand on the Crystal Tower story again. Plus the Garleans will always be a threat with Nero still out there, but they're probably quietly recouping their strength since they suffered a major blow to their forces during the events of the main storyline.

I'm pretty sure Musketeer's first job is Corsair. Limsa is essentially a pirate town after all. I'm really hoping 2.2 is the patch that finally adds some diversity. New jobs for every class, or at least some of them. If this is indeed the Ishgard patch, that means we'll likely see the addition of a new Lancer job (Hoping for Templar - spear+shield tank)

Well it comes down to what is in the category of the word "Maelstrom". As of now the only thing that can be related to Maelstrom is Lisma Lominsa and the Grand Company Maelstrom.

These words could mean a lot of things after all...
