• Multiple attacks during auto-attack is also being planned for the future.

"Multiple-hit weapons" is not the same as "multiple attacks". Pugilist currently has "multiple attacks" in their auto attack. Any Job that will have dual-wield will have multiple attacks in their auto-attack.

Mutliple attacks doesn't equate to multiple-hit weapons.

Regardless, the key thing is Haste. If there is going to be Haste in the game, 3 seconds as a base auto-attack is fine. Otherwise, not so fine.
