Getting Even with Garlemald - unable to complete - Leviathan server

There is a huge line of people at the pipe, nobody can complete it, it's been down for 3 days and has been reported as such using the in game ticketing system.

Yeah, its stopped progress for many characters. Please address ASAP. 3 days is way too long to tell new people they can't continue their story.

Total waste of my time. This leaves a bad impression on me. I won't be continuing to pay for this this game after my trial ends soon. What would be the point when I'm stuck and we have a huge line here of players to get this fixed? Fix your damn game. I've only known one mmo in my time where I have seen this type of error and have it screw over so many players before and that was bounty hunter in swtor and we know how that game ended up..

Last night when I was trying to get the quest finished, there had been several characters debating which way would be the fastest to get attention from support about the issue. Several tickets had been submitted already by then, but the players were feeling desperate enough to use other means with faster response times; i.e.: submitting tickets for use of foul language, etc.. Through research I have discovered that this problem has occurred on another server a couple months ago. Surely someone somewhere knows how to fix it properly.

From what ive read it takes a reboot of the area in question. It was fixed by either a server reboot, or an area reboot. Not sure which one- but an easy fix.

Im guessing it will be fixed tomorrow with the 1-3AM downtime.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
