    Having to repatch through hotspot?!

I recently bought a hotspot, so I could play the game at work. However, when I tried to log in through the hotspot (which has a 5GB monthly limit) the game tried to download a 3.6GB patch from 11/26/2013. That's probably not even counting any other patches.

At home, there are no patches. It just logs me straight in.

Is there any way to circumvent this? I bought this hotspot almost for the sole purpose of playing FFXIV at work. And if I can't do that, I'm not even going to bother with it anymore. And considering there is probably 6-7GB of updates if I DO have to update though the hotspot, that's 80$ I have to spend to update a stupid game that should be updated already.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it the same computer at home and at work?
Also, what you see as 3.6 GB is the total of all patches from the date that you saw.
The patch from that date is not 3.6GB as far as I can recall but the december patch was quite large.

Yeah it's on the same computer, as I take my desktop to work. I managed to "trick" it into downloading the patches, by first trying with the hotspot and then disconnecting it and having it switch to the main line. Not sure if I could do it again. But now, I'm getting error 90000 once every hour. I can LITERALLY time it within two minutes of when it's going to happen, it's like clockwork almost.

I'm not sure if it's because of the hotspot or not, and I'm not sure how to check and see if it is.
