A matter of tradition momodi won't talk to me

I just started the game today and was enjoying it up to this point.

I am on the story quest, right after the point where you meet the queen as a thumaturge, I'm supposed to talk to momodi on a quest "a matter of tradition" but when I right click her nothing happens except my icons gray out for a split second, she doesn't even give me her default dialogue.

I tried talking to her on other characters I have created and she gives the normal dialogue to them and I am able to talk to other npcs just fine.


Its like it wants to go into one of its sudo cutscenes but doesn't, I logged out right after the part where you meet the queen and when I logged back in this is what happened. I have the quest so its not a level problem, its a level 14 quest and I'm 15.

I thought of abandoning it and trying again but unfortunately it wont let me =/ (assuming its because its a story quest)

I really don't want to have to start a new character over just to continue the story, i would always be afraid the same thing would happen (not to mention the wasted time) I have searched the forums and didn't find anyone with this problem and it worked for my friends who have completed it. I'm guessing it has something to do with me logging out before I did it because its in the heart of the story and you would normally finish it.

I did in game support but I don't know how much help that will be, we'll see. I'm mostly curious if this has happened to anyone else and if so how did you fix it?

seems to be happening to quite a few people on my server all of a sudden. lot of people on alts stuck at her saying they can't turn in quests so it isn't just me at least.

this is a pretty big deal nobody on my server can continue the main quest, really needs to be fixed you can't even complete the starting quest.
