THM/BLM losing buff when the spell fails to hit

Steps:
1. Cast Fire 3 on a monster.
2. Character gets the Astral Fire 3 buff.
3. Cast Blizzard 3 on a monster.
4. Blizzard 3 misses.

Actual results: Character lose the Astral Fire 3 buff even with plenty of time remaining on the buff.
Expected results: Character shouldn't lose the Astral Fire 3 buff .

Additional Information:

• The same issue will occur if you cast Fire 3 with Umbral Ice 3 buff and the Fire 3 spell misses.
• The issue will also occur if the target is invulnerable due to either leashing or the fight mechanic itself (encounters such as Atomos and Thanatos)
• The issue will not occur when casting Blizzard 3/Fire 3 with only 1-2 stacks of Astral Fire/Umbral Ice.
• Blizzard 3/Fire 3 has the additional effect of removing your current buff and granting you the opposing buff. If all other spells fail to hit in this game, the additional effect won't occur. In this case, if the spells misses the partial additional effect (removal of the current buff) will occur. This works completely different from other spells and skills in the game.
