Caster weapon stats

No, all weapons have delay and auto attack regardless of class/Job, even mages - casters just don't have the 'auto attack' command mapped to their hotbar by default like melees do, you have to map it to your hotbar manually (it's listed under General in the Abilities and Traits section of the menu).

There's no need to map Auto-attack skill to the hotbar (at least not on PC version); just right-click on the target.
