    It hasn't been released yet, and technically yes it is because it's using 2 knuckle/claw type weapons, 1 per hand
    I doubt there will be a class that uses weapons in it's offhand slot (if this is what you were implying for dual wielding), so it would most likely be similar to Monk's weaponry. There's also the incredibly small chance Pugilist could branch into Ninja (only basing this off CT around which has similar appearance and name of Ninja FF11 armor. PLEASE do not take this as fact as I could very well be 100% wrong)

    i know ff 11 was a different game and i cant hold this game to follow it but a class with a main hand weapon and off hand weapon will come damnit
