I give commendations to who I think deserves them most. A lot of the time, it's DPS, tbh (as I primarily dungeon as a healer).

A lot of times, I wish I could give commendations to everyone, because everyone did so well. :-\ It makes me sad to have to pick just one person.

I feel the same. I've been having some runs with some great people that played their role well. But @ the end i had to pick just one out of the 3. And in this kind of case it usually goes to the healer or tank since they have a lot to do for any dungeon. DPS is almost completely without stress during lower level dungeons, so i feel the tank or healer should get it.
