Company Action Bug

I'm the leader of an FC. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this issue but here goes: Several times, upon completing duties, I've gotten the message in my chat box that I disabled whatever company action happened to be active at the time. Regardless of whether or not the action had been recently activated or only had a few hours left. It happens right as the load screen is about to appear after completing duty. It's pretty uncommon however it has happened several times before.
