Indeed I have, but one must ask themselves what is a bill? Perhaps its simply an American currency. Or maybe its a controlling device designed by the governing body to create a hive mind community of self infused, correlating preconceived consciousnesses inbound by prerendered ideas in which we perceive reality as of which there is no escape
