Im a ilvl 90 WHM, and was doing CT for philos and myth. However, every time I got to the last boss I was kicked from party. Now I know why people do that for the loot, but im not there for loot.... So I wasted 3 hours (3runs) and got kicked before I could get my rewards....

It's not like you get to watch the user responsible being punished. And even if you did, it still doesn't change the fact that it is happening and will continue to happen until this method of abuse has been circumvented.

Empirical evidence of players abusing this feature has already been submitted. Game makers already know that it is happening. Submitting more evidence is not going to speed up the process.

I think it should be an outright permaban, honestly. I'm sure people who do that crap once would do it again and again if it was just temp.

I disagree. A permaban is too much. People can and do learn from mistakes.

A week or two would be fine. Then if they did it again, another week or two ban. If they didn't do it again, then the system worked.
If they kept doing it then they would constantly be getting banned, but still subbing. SE gets money so they can create more content, and the douchebags are banned every other week so its not a problem for us.

Now that begs the question: How do you act/what do you say? No one randomly boots people, especially if they don't need the gear, least not on our datacenter cluster. Usually you get booted if you've been rude or were holding back the raid..or trying to SB. Otherwise yeah..no reason for you to be kicked out of the blue lol.
