1 click Turn 2 strat broken?

So.. Time was taken to learn the coils fights.. turn 2 being the most interesting one to get 6 people to work together on (lol) and then one person posts a video of 1 clicking ADS and now EVERYONE wants to do it.

My question is this, and I know people probably won't like it.. is that "working as intended" too? cos it makes turn 2 as lol-worthy as t3

It's noobs way of being able to clear it, my static has neither considered nor will consider this cheap method. People use it because they can coordinate 8 people successfully.

My group has done it this way one singular time. The only reason is because we ran into two different instances where ADS cast High Voltage, Fire Star, High Voltage. The second High Voltage in that sequence came fast enough that our BRD had around 10 seconds left on his silence from a previous High Voltage, and our PLD had gotten the silence before the Fire Star, so theirs (mine) was also on cooldown.

Apparently it has something to do with dps, and where ADS is in the rotation when Fire Star starts up (my group had never seen this before, so maybe we'd been really lucky *shrug*).. either way we decided ADS was being cheap so we decided to be cheap back.

Some people just like this strategy. I don't see anything "noob" about it. i've done it both ways.

Because people are bored being stuck in T1 due to insane lag issues, whatever the reason for these lags is.

Because it is a way to play, that people actually found by pushing the game further than "normal" players did, and it worked better than the previous methods.

Because of Allagan rot, because it can become quite messy even with a good team sometimes. (don't take this argument too seriously, we wipe mostly because of lag during the laser shots)

This method isn't "noob" nor "cheap". People who say that are being elitist douches that can't congratulate people doing things their own way. Who cares about how others play ? It doesn't mean they become suddely able to down twintania as easily. Let them act as they want, they did not break the game.. Or if they did, the enraged solo tank/heal Caduceus is also game breaking and the greatest tanking performance I've seen so far becomes a bannable offense. How rude
