blm facing targets - interuption

Any tips to avoid getting interupted by moving targets ?

Back in WoW, you could just turn you character/camera while casting, the cast would complete as long as you were facing the mob at the end of the cast.

Seems When I do that in ffxiv, my character faces the target, but I still get interupted.
makes is especially painful when this happens on the bombs in copperbell to name one example.

Under your character config and targeting, do you have your settings to face target? The only caution I would mention with this is with bosses like Titan and ADS- I turn this off to avoid zagging back into their nasty aoe.

Thanks, I'll check when I get home. I get the same prob when trying to run around and healing on whm, turns my camera around and it drives me nuts.

press 5 on numpad by default.
simply press it again to unlock.

Standard camera setting allows you to turn while casting, but it comes with its own share of issues.

Bind /facetarget to a key or macro /facetarget into your spells. Spam button while casting. Burn all the things.
