Just to be clear, 1.17c does not contain any major content additions as previously discussed in topics about 1.18.

if it isn't new content, maybe bug fixes, i hope its performance gains on the engine or at least a patch that will fix the problem many had with downloading 1.17b uh if we can DL it XD

Agreed, these little patches can have minor problems on the other parts of the game-play it seems, patch 1.17b, I don't know why it happened but the BGM (back-ground-music) stopped working in-game.[ I've also heard the start up stops working for some player, many can't even play the game] Had to deal with it until this maintenance check, hopefully 1.17c cleans it up.

Unlikely. I thought it was pretty much common knowledge that for the Golden Patch to appear that SE must first breed a black Class S Patch with a yellow Class A Patch while using a Carob nut.
