Unlikely. I thought it was pretty much common knowledge that for the Golden Patch to appear that SE must first breed a black Class S Patch with a yellow Class A Patch while using a Carob nut.

1.17c confirmed for godpatch, chocobos, job classes, battle revisions, 10 new raids and airships players can build and own, also triple triad and blitzball complete with weekly official leagues
