Good observation! I should've realized that a long time ago.

Anyway, back on topic. I'm gonna go ahead and hope that when Yoshi-P said (even though it wasn't in the Japanese letter) that some of the 1.18 content might break off into a 1.17b patch, that due to time constraints...or something...they weren't able to get them in, so they might be in 1.17c.

You know why? I don't get butthurt when they turn out to be just bugfixes and small features added because I don't overhype these small patches. I know that nothing substantial will be coming until 1.18. But I can be cautiously optimistic, which is exactly the stance I'll be taking for this patch tomorrow.
