My friends can't play with me because my server is full! HELP!

As the title says, they can't create a character on Excalibur server because its full. What can i do?

It's so sad.. you do realize that at this point, Excalibur is THE ONLY SERVER that still has a character-creation restriction? They've all been slowly falling off of the list. Excalibur is the last one with a restriction at the moment. Soon, I'm sure this will be lifted and anyone will be able to create a character on any server.

The restrictions change a lot still. As of right now, we have 13 total servers with restrictions in place. (as of the last update)

Ah, last I checked (it was about a week ago, right after 2.1 hit) Excalibur was the only one. I guess it's the huge influx of people who either got the game for Christmas or returned for 2.1.. Either way, give it a little time and it will be back down again.

There are still a quite a few World that does impose Creation Restriction.
but if you actually read the 2nd post, just try a few times during OFF PEAK hours of the server you intend to created and usually you can get the character created successfully.

During North American Peak times (evening hours), Excalibur and Hyperion are both restricted from new character creation almost every day. There are also some others that have that condition, but not as often.

If you try in the early morning hours (like maybe around 9:00 am Eastern), you should find that all NA/EU worlds should be open to new character creation. At that hour, the worlds in the JP Data Center will be the ones with no new characters allowed. At that hour, there are usually quite a few more of the JP Data Center worlds locked out of new character creation than will ever happen on the NA/EU worlds.

VERY late night USA will tend to see the NA Legacy servers open up.
The moment you see a RMT whisper - odds are character creation is open :P
