Come back when you have ruled out that part, then we may be able to discuss a local problem?

As said earlier there's a huge swimming pool between myself and the datacenter, unless I derp myself and I can dodge 95% of the things just fine and so do a lot of people in my FC, which are mostly EU players.
I don't use a VPN, and many of them don't use one either, those that do know it's a problem with their ISP.
