Labyrinth of the Ancients and premade parties

Premade groups are great but in Labyrinth of the Ancients, it is a dictatorship to join into one as a solo player. Today, I have been vote dismissed by two groups and wonder if any knowledge of this ever came up in the design of the raid, because this is fxxking absurd. A premade group obviously have the advantage of removing a player. The only apparent reason I could think of this happening is because the last two bosses Acheron and King Behemoth drop certain loot that can only be obtained from them. With this knowledge premade groups are able to vote kick a solo player who is playing a job that can challenge a premade group member for that item. So by eliminating the competition they downright get everything they want.

Are you geared 'appropriately' for the instance?
Are you missing core mechanics during the boss fights that may end up wiping the party?

Due to the weekly loot lockouts, kicking others to obtain gear doesn't really make much sense so i doubt you would get kicked just before KB or Acheron

Tagen, that is not the purpose of kicking someone out. SE outlined how the vote kick system is to work. What SenpaiNoticedMe described is clearly an abuse of the vote system, therefore should be reported. SE stated that abuse of vote system will not be tolerated. Kicking someone out just because they are "undergeared" or do not know the mechanics is unacceptable by SE's description. SE has set the ilevel requirement for that place, therefore if someone is in there, then it is in SE's view that they are geared enough to clear it. If someone doesn't know the mechanics, then SE expects the party to help out and explain the mechanics rather than voting the person off.

So, the only valid reason someone can be voted off is 1, they are afking for at least 2 minutes, 2 is they have disconnected and haven't come back on for at least 2 min, lastly is the harrassment, such as troll pulling, or being disrespectful towards others, since these are the reasons prompted when initiating votes, any other "lame" reasons to rig the group will be dealt with by SE.

So, this goes for the lazy people who do not read the patch notes to learn what you can do or cannot do regarding to what SE implements for players that would be fair to everyone.

So, this "abuse" of the vote system will only continue if the players allow it and not report these situations for the offending players to be punished. When enough players been punished, other people will smarten up and stop being douches that abuse the kick feature.
