Oh yeah... yesterday in fact. I was doing Ultima Hard for the first time (though I did watch a video). On the last set of bombs, I knew I had to Tank LB, but I wasn't sure exactly when. When someone said something like "Bombs coming, get ready to LB", all I saw was "LB" and hit it. Needless to say, it was early and we wiped when the bombs spawned. And then after that, I didn't see the text at all because I was actually tanking the boss and neither of us tanks used it. Which was Derp # 2. On the third time, someone finally told me to use it as the boss casts the bomb ability and I watched for it and we succeeded. They group didn't rage on me, but I'm sure they were not very happy.
