On the last boss in AK. Had him selected and forgot....sung foe requiem and pulled boss early. Annnnnd wipe. He does NOT like to be sung at. >.<

I too am guilty of forgetting to pass Rot (and think this one derp threw me out of Rot rotation when we finally succeeded lol) was just too into healing that time, didn't even see it get passed to me.

Haven't sprinted into a fight yet as a tank (Sprint is on a different bar, thankfully) but I do throw random buffs on at random times since my WAR and PLD have different bar set-up...

Was a while back so might not be remembering things exactly.Joined a prat in progress for the story quest.They were already on the last boss when i joined.We downed the boss and a cutscene came up so i watched it.After the cutscense i saw in chat thanks for the group and didnt see anyone near me so i thought when i saw the boss it was a solo thing you did and attacked it.Needless to say i felt dumb and got a few people angry at me.

Doing low level DR to level my black mage, that i haven't played in months, wondering why i seem to be barely damaging mobs. I figure it's just i forgot how low level was or had ruined gear, but see it's not ruined. Then i level and check my bags to see if i have better gear than what i'm wearing, see that over half the gear i'm wearing is crafting gear. Oops.

Only me and tank left alive near the end in titan hm and use healer LB3.... right before stomp... "whoops, my bad >.<"

On T2, when we got to the last bit, my Garuda wasn't on Obey so she just went in and pulled. Felt so bad. We were in the middle of discussing what to do and we just had to drop it all and go running in. We still did it, but it was followed by a lot of "Keep Garuda under control"/"Thanks Garuda"... ^^;

Worst derp for me was a run with my FC in story mode Haukke Manor. We were fighting the arhiman right before the final boss, and my Ifrit-Egi followed it when it ran away into the room, triggering the boss fight. The bard and I, being ranged, were not close enough to make it before it was closed off. Our paladin tank and conjurer healer successfully two-manned the fight. I still get teased about that.

Just the other day:

Doing Low-Lvl Duty Roulette, Copperbell Mines Popped and I come into 3 on low lvl jobs and I'm on lvl 50 SCH in a goodly portion of Darklight. Tank says it's their first time running copperbell, so please be patient with him. I try to type "Don't worry, Go at a pace you're comfortable with" but I derp it up with "wwwwwwwwqqqqeeeww" as they started before I could finish typing and I was also about to send it to my FC as I was in the wrong chat channel. they engage a mob and I was so flustered with the chat box, that the tank died on the first mob. I felt so stupid and I'm sure until I finally un-screwed my chat box, and apologized, the party thought I was an elitist jerk.
