I had been doing chimera so had my hot bar reconfigured and switche shield lob for shield bash. Just afte I get into wp and am having all sorts of trouble pulling mobs. Just before king, I realize Ive been trying to pull the whole dungeon with shield bash.

Late at night I was trying to help a friend with a Titan HM run, typing casually occasionally cause I felt 'confident' then all of a sudden, landslide on me. Ok, just move...da fuq? I'm pressing the movement keys why am I not moving?! Boom. Landslide. Off the platform. Why didn't I move? Because the cursor in the text box was still blinking and selected. Whoops. >_>

Last week, I really wanted to get the Royal Vest so I went into CT. I forgot to pass on the first gear drop... on Monday.

Someone in my party responded with "Ouch... did you want that?" And I immediately thought 'which poor guy forgot to roll?'

Now my retainer's enjoying her new BLM belt.

Being both a Tank and a Monk, I usually right click to get into a fighting stance before a fight to show i'm ready to go. Then I leveled a bard to 50, and right clicked before the pull and auto attacked the boss.

Needless to say, I never did that again XD

have you ever messed up in a fight or raid and felt like well that was dumb? i thought it would be fun to make a thread and see everyones derpy moments!

Like my fiance who thought hydra was a solo fight (we told him it was an 8 man) and he went in as a scholar... 10 seconds later he comes out dead and was stunned LOL he did not talk for the rest of the night
