On SCH, coaching the CT behemoth fight as we go along while on mumble, with my camera pointed away from him. "He will stand up when he uses meteor soon, run behind one of the comets. Don't stand IN the comet." Then I saw everyone standing behind the comets and was like "Well, you don't have to hide behind it ye- *eats comet* ...oh"
Playing SMN for the first time in AK, wondering where my Garuda went, saying something in TS3 about it to my FC, only to find her the next hallway over bringing 3 mob packs back with her to wipe us. They still ask me if my pet is on steady to this day. And not realizing Benediction was a useable single target spell (not the name of my "2 hour" or LB) until a month after I got 50.
It's been a while since I've forgotten to reapply Shield Oath after a wipe, but still, a few seconds into the repull I always have a brief moment of panic and glance at my buffs, thinking "Is Shield Oath on?!"
I, too, have walked off the edge of Titan looking for that sweet spot between bombs...
Our first time in Coil saw us wipe so many times on Caduceus that we went back outside to reset the timer and take a short break. Came back in, let everyone gather in their spots, then I pulled the snake. A few rounds in, I see this in chat from our BLM - "I'm back... also locked out." I just tried to hold the snake as long as I could while people Return'd. Yeah, I was tired.
Any time I go to a lower level dungeon on a level 50 class, I spend the first few trash mobs derping while I try to memorize which buttons I suddenly don't have.

Cleric Stance, the most oddly named ability to switch to DPS mode when I come from older MMO's where clerics are healers. So switching to cleric stance sounds better than not being in cleric stance which would sound like dps mode to me. I should be in Cleric stance when I'm healing, not when I'm dpsing. The logic is lost on me somewhere I think. Anyone else have this issue? Its like a backwards door lock. >.>
Oh yeah... yesterday in fact. I was doing Ultima Hard for the first time (though I did watch a video). On the last set of bombs, I knew I had to Tank LB, but I wasn't sure exactly when. When someone said something like "Bombs coming, get ready to LB", all I saw was "LB" and hit it. Needless to say, it was early and we wiped when the bombs spawned. And then after that, I didn't see the text at all because I was actually tanking the boss and neither of us tanks used it. Which was Derp # 2. On the third time, someone finally told me to use it as the boss casts the bomb ability and I watched for it and we succeeded. They group didn't rage on me, but I'm sure they were not very happy.![]()

Accidentally fat fingered Hallowed Ground in T4 last night on first wave of spiders, was scared I was going to get owned tanking the two dreads, but we pulled through. I should think about moving hallowed to another key...

Swapping my Sprint and mark 1 keybinds, in the long run, made things easier. For a while, though, I was sprinting into quite a few trash packs without Tomahawk or Overpower. Totally meant to face-pull into Flash spam, guys.
Swiftcast! Crap, not enough MP for Raise. No problem, just a few tics, I can wait that out. Oh, tank needs Regen. ... >.<

the other day in CT I was zooming out the camera and it clicked the middle mouse which turned on auto run. Right into the raid boss.

Forgetting to reapply shield oath. EVERY DAMN TIME
