I had a good one as WAR last night.

Doing CT, at the beginning when you have the Homunculus and the shadow dragons. I jumped out of the poison pool after finishing off the homunculus and started wailing on the dragon in DD mode (I was OT). I kept expecting the dragon to spin around, because the main tank was originally behind me. His ass was pointed right at the party. Waiting and wailing, waiting and wailing. "Damn, wheres the MT at?! I'd better tank him and turn him!" I popped on defiance anTAILSWIPE. Too late. Half my group got taken out including both healers.

It was only then that I looked up and saw the MT had D/Ced. I was MTing and didn't know it, and dragon ass-blasted my own party! >.<

Oooo, so many....the usual Cleric Stance boob, or healing myself instead of the tank....

I'm on PS3 and sometimes I press the wrong button. Most times this is ok - a random Protect or SoS...

Bahahah, it used to happen to me a lot when I started tanking. Playing with a controler, Flash and Sprint are on the same button but different set. I would pull and then Sprint instead of Flash >.<

I was like "O-K... now I don't have any TP ..." *facedesk*

Finally moved Sprint somewhere else so that problem doesn't happen again xD

(now if I could stop casting Holy instead of Cure. No tanks have died from that mistake ... Yet)

The one and only reason I removed sprint from my main hotbar.
Blood for Blood > Internal release > Perfect Balance > Rockbreaker x5 on a group of mobs!
Wait... I tapped Sprint!
