    Perma-locked hotbar - help!

    On my second character, I've turned on vertical hotbar 8 to drop shared things like teleport (I have this setup on my primary character). Trouble is, I can add actions to the hotbar but cannot remove them! Right clicking on the icon does nothing. There is no lock symbol displayed for that hotbar and I can't see anything that is obvious in the character setup.

    The lock icon only shows up on the main hotbar -- the one you can toggle between all of them. It should appear there on your screen unless you hit it in the HUD layout. Added action bars don't have the lock icon show up at all (at least, not on my screen). That lock toggles the state of ALL bars, not one at a time.

    I figured it out. The vertical bar was first created when the UI was set to mouse mode. It was then changed to gamepad. The Crossbar lock had no effect - needed to set the UI back to mouse and unlock THAT hotbar.

    Stupid UI.
