Crystal Tower Item Drop Bug

Time: Dec 30, 0800-0900 - PST
Frequency: Twice
World name: Ultros
Character name: Ultra Fanatic
Class/Level: PLD / 50
Party or solo: Party
Area and coordinates: Crystal Tower, Final Loot box

Steps:
1. Clicked PASS on Crystal tower Final Loot Box for Treasure Coffer B.
2. Ended up receiving "Fuma Koromo" MNK chest gear, no use to me.
3. Left and submitted report to GM, they redirected me here to submit a new report.

Closing Remarks

I've heard of this issue happening to several people throughout the course of Crystal Tower, and have seen a few posts within the bug forums. I am creating a new one instead of posting to a current to ensure this gets attention.

Also, as a small side note: The in game GMs should have more power and authority to handle things like this while reporting it up to their bug team. Every single time I've heard of anyone contacting a GM, they get the same template answer of go report to the bug forums, but maybe that's just bad luck on my part.
