Crystal Tower Loot Bug

Last week I have received this BRD's waist from crystal tower even I have press "PASS".
and it still went to my inventory, and mark I have receive the loot from crystal tower.
I have submit the ticket,but yet fix.
This week after reset I went for the run again, and this Boot drop, i just do nothing let the timer pass, NOT even press PASS this time, and again i gotten the item.
It has wasted 2 weeks of my time for the gear I want. This is really frustrating.
Your can take back the loot, return me back the locked up for looting in crystal tower.

If everyone else pass and you didn't do anything the item will go to you. If everyone press pass before the timer the item will hit the floor. For the boot drop there was nothing wrong is the way it is now. As for the Brd waist that you hit pass thats a problem and maybe a bug. Also in the final boss if everyone in the party leave the instance and you have hit pass the item will go to you too so take care of that.

The reason I do nothing this time round because previously, I press PASS and it went to me. I was 100% sure because i see a big 0 in the icon.
So i thought this my fault for press PASS, as in if everyone pass, it will do a random internal roll.
This time round, I just do nothing. And yet this happened to me again.

for 2 weeks i have pass on 2 items and it gave it to me and wasted my 1 item you figured they would have this bloody fixed by now and im 100% sure i passed why would i need tank or drg gear on my smn which is my only class that is 50 it really starting to piss me off you take out greed option or give and warning when you click a option like maybe a window pops up asking "are you sure you wana need or greed or pass this item" though im 100% sure i passed also why put a loot cap on il 80 gear when coil is IL 90+ and coil dont give a crap if you greed crap

i play on balmung and this just happened to me and one of my party members.
the monk head, fuma gantai, dropped on Behemoth and i passed on it. Next thing i know it says fuma gantai was placed in you armory chest. I scrolled up and down making sure i didn't accidentally greed but there was no roll anywhere just it saying i obtained it. This is really frustrating when i already have a plan for what loot i need to get each week. especially since i'm trying to replace my Dark light pants, which have to be replaced by 2 slots, with sabatons of light and valor cuisses. That was my 3rd try for the week and now i'm already loot locked for the rest of the week with some trash item i'll never use. If your gonna loot lock us from a raid for a WEEK don't force useless items on us we don't want that loot lock us from the items we do. Now on reset day i'm already loot locked from one of the only 2 raids i can get any upgraded gear from.

this force loot is really annoying..these two weeks is holiday from my work and hope to get some gear after my darklight, this happen.
will there be any compensate for this bug? or we just get angry and carry on? arent we paid to play this game? this feel like playing a free to play mmo instead, where nothing was being done when u ask a in-game admin...

yesterday the same thing happened to me on the last boss of CT, my summoner got a beautiful archer headband.... my FC teased me for being greedy for inconciously pressing greed instead of pass, but I didn't!! later on as I was running this dunjon again with some friends (yeah I know just pointless for me as I couldn't loot anything useful for me) it happened to our tank, he got those dragoon boots forced on him.
Please do something, it is really annoying to drop an item we passed and get locked!

This happened to me me first 2 weeks I hit pass and still got them! So I got Healer Pants and Brd gloves I will never use.

seriously this is the worse system for loot I've ever seen just got some shitty onion armour for a class i do not play because of slow ps3 loading time i didn't even get back to the game screen everyone left and i got suck with it.. couldnt pass couldn't do anything... what a waste of a week .. To the op game masters are fucking useless just spent over an hour explaining to them the situation and they won't do anything in other words stiff shit i even got to told next time to pass on the loot even after telling them 3 times that there fucked up slow ps3 loading time (which is clearly there games prob) is the cause .. stupidly i was told its our policy not to do anything and was basically told to complain on the forums about it to get the policy changed… I KNOW RIGHT

my question is this with elder scrolls online coming out soon can they afford to have bugs like this still in game also what with the lack of help in game i had to wait 3 days for a ansewer from a ticket just to be told we cant do anything suck it up
