sounds like a good idea but how will it fit to all the jobs? wouldnt tanks and healers be more advantaged?

Not at all. Without DPS there, more waves spawn before they finish first wave and they be dead.
Think of it like an infinite turn 4, but not as hard to begin with, harder towards the later waves, and so on.
