Messed up Cross-abilities

Ok, this is just wrong. I've been noticing this, as I play WHM. Stoneskin can be used as cross ability which is unlocked at level 34. However, whenever I get synced to a low level duty that's below level 34, I get locked out from using stoneskin and yet, I see other class/jobs that can cast stoneskin, even for duties below level 20. What's wrong with this picture here?? Stoneskin being a WHM/Conjourer primary ability and we can't use it, but other class can as cross abilities?? This needs fixing. Cross ability needs to go by the level requirement to use them, or make all our primary skills usable regardless of what level we get synced to.

I'm sure others have noticed other similar cross ability skills being used by other class where they can't use it themselves too. This is a call for attention to have this fixed.

It goes by the order that you select them, you only get one cross class ability every 10 levels on jobs I think, so if you are sync'd under 30, you will only get the first 2 you selected, if you want stoneskin to be one of them, deselect all your cross class abilities then reselect them in what you would consider order of importance. Boom.

That's not the point, my main is WHM, therefore, stoneskin is from Conjourer/WHM line, so why is it that I can't use it and some other job can use it as their cross ability when below level 34 for it? That's just not right. It would be for any other abilities where people use cross abilities below the level requirements. Such as me being able to use swiftcast when BLM wouldn't be able to use it when below the level used for it.

Trust me, the dungeons below level 34 don't require ANYONE to have or use StoneSkin. We're smart players, we can adapt to a minor change once in a while, right? I mean, how did you get through the low level dungeons BEFORE you had StoneSkin?

It's just another win, in my opinion. Unless you lost or timed out because you didn't have SS, then there might be a problem.....
