Thing is, if they can't do anything, they can't do anything. They can call up the providers with the bad routers, but unless that provider does something, it's moot. SE can't control that Level3 routes you through that particular router either. Verizon "might" be able to? But they likely wouldn't, and likely out of their control as well.
