Maybe people need to start contacting level 3 maybe they aren't aware something is wrong with their router. It's not Verizon, it's a company called Level3 (www.level3.net). Specifically, they have a router in Montreal called ae-11-11.car2.Montreal2.Level3.net [4.69.141.1] that seems to be having issues. I know a lot of Sprint customers are ending up on their route, as well as a lot of East Coast Verizon customers. It's possible your ISP could adjust the route, but somewhat unlikely you'd get them to do it.
