Free Company Question

Hello folks,

I decided to place this topic in here to keep it related to Free Companies in general. Also felt that it was more relevant here than anywhere else I could think of.

Has anyone attained rank 8 Free Company?
And if so, do they allow the masters and officers to initiate two actions ?
There is a hot debate going on in my FC about this right now and everyone is basing their arguments on hearsay. I know by asking here, I'm receiving hearsay as well, but at least if someone who is rank 8 could clear this up for me, I could win my position and end the debate.

This may be kind of a late response, but it is possible to initiate two actions at rank 8.

The Master can designate other ranks to initiate actions, such as the Officers, enabling those individuals to initiate two actions that co-exist for 24 hours (or until manually deactivated).
