Easier repairs please

Would it be possible to have any combination of these to make repairing at least a little easier?

• See remaining durability in the Armoury Chest view
• Highlight items that are below 10% durability
• Allow us to sort by remaining item durability

Especially now that icons for currently non-equipable items are darkened in the Armoury Chest, I'm finding it even more troublesome to perform my own repairs.

Example, I will be crafting (say Goldsmith with AF gear) and suddenly several pieces of equipment will fall below 10%.

I switch to Weaver to do the repairs, but now I have to hunt through all the darkened icons (since they are non-equipable by Weavers) on to find the right one.

Many of the gloves, pants, belts, shoes, etc. look similar which makes finding the right one difficult.

And apparently we cannot use the new /itemsort function to sort by remaining durability? At least I can't find any way to do it.

Put Repair ([Main Menu] Character > Action & Traits > General Action) on your hotbar.

Or just let us make repairs without having to constantly switch jobs, as long as we have the correct class at the appropriate level.
The way it works now is just such a pain, i would rather pay the gill than repair my own gear.

This "grey out" is WAY too overdone - I've actually liked it the way it was before - only green and red crosses in the corner instead of this whole pretty much pitch black slate you see now in the armory. Please make it only LIGHT greyed out so we can still actually SEE the gear or make it an option in the configuration menu to be able to switch this horrible grey out feature off.
