PVP Should Give Experience Points

With all the classes available to level in this game and the limited ways to do so, PVP should be a viable way to lvl a character LvL 30+. For instance, my PUG & WAR are classes that I only want to PvP. A PvP match should give the same amount of experience points as completing a top tier fate of that exact lvl range, plus a small bonus to the winning team. This will not disrupt the experience from quests or dungeons, or the story, as there are many classes to lvl and many ways to experience everything.

edit: I have been informed that exp is given to the winning team only. Should be both teams, however, winners should get a bonus. Same idea of running a dungeon and getting good dungeon exp, but bonus only given upon completion/win.
