Hmm, its a big ask to get a random primal battle ... Ifrit is easy for even randoms but Titan and Garuda can mean 20 odd minutes of wiping and no reward, doing it for your story is fine but just for the extra rewards makes it frustrating.
I done it with the DF and both Titan and Garuda the party didnt know the fight and spent 20 min failing, it was a good party and no flame and blame both times... just it would be far more frustrating if you put in that time and got no reward because of a failure.
