    yea..we are paying to play, at least there shd have someone to knowledge it..like wow there is ticket system and gm will assist u even tho it may take hours..but here u get this report bug, and they just copy and paste some sentence saying pls press pass if dont need it..they just dont know the situation we suffering. if this isnt final fantasy, i already quit..poor service
