Quest - To Catch a Poacher

Time: This is the 5th day i've tried.
Frequency: Everyday.
World name: Hyperion
Character name: Ryuko Natsume
Class/Level: ARC / 31
Area and coordinates: South Shroud x16 y20

For the "To Catch a Poacher" quest theres a part where you have to search for 3 clues.
One of the clues "Empty Mead Bottles" is currently not responding to anyone.
You can right click it all you want, but your character will not respond to it, or attempt to pick it up.
Each time you click on it it'll just black out your skills/abilities for a quick second and nothing else happens.

I also cannot interact with this item. I tried to abandon and retake the quest and it is not working. There are several people around the item who also cannot interact with it.

I also had this problem (Hyperion too) however when I logged my character on on a different computer this did allow me to interact with the object so is a possible workaround for people if have another computer can use.
