For example: Moogle weapons are my personal favorite weapons in the game. I think they are better looking than relics. It would be nice if they had additional effects... such as a mage staff that occasionally procced a moogle that shot a fireball at the target MP recovery or whatever.

Other MMOs do this. Every raid tier there is a class specific set, like AF in this game. Equipping 2 pieces gave a bonus equipping 4 pieces gave a 2nd bonus on top of the first.
