Turns 1 - 4 cleared by multiple groups in roughly an hour every Monday.

Who We Are
Negative Ghostrider (Ghost) is an endgame progression raiding Free Company. We have a long history of raiding together and have decided to make the jump from Rift over to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. We are not just another run-of-the-mill guild/fc. We are high quality, progression-minded players. We are hardcore-casual in that we play to have fun, but focus on clearing content and killing new bosses as quickly as possible during raid times. Generally speaking, we are an adult-oriented guild. That's not to say we disallow those under 18 to join but rather that we hold nothing back. If bad words and suggestive topics offend you, we're probably not the Free Company for you.

Raid Times
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6-9PM Pacific Time (9-12 Eastern). Invites begin at 5:45PM PST. There are no sign-ups for our raids. We do not recruit for subs/backups/alternates. We DO, however, recruit non-raiders so if you're just looking for a place to hang out with great people be it for PvP, crafting, dungeons, or listening in on some of the best dry sarcasm around in our high-capacity Mumble server, feel free to join us under our Casual rank.

Loot
Loot has always and will always be distributed via a Loot Council of officers with a focus on fairness and improving the Free Company as a whole. Given the nature of loot in this game, this has generally meant simply alternating drops between applicable callings or having anyone interested greed if the loot is not needed by a primary class.

Joining Us
We're looking for dedicated and skilled players to raid with us. This means being able to play your job well, learn new mechanics quickly, and show up for raid. We only recruit people to potentially be CORE raiders. We do not recruit backups or players that aren't going to carry their own weight. As said, however, if raiding isn't your thing but you still want a very active Free Company that will surround you with great people, you are more than welcome to join at any time. You needn't apply - simply send a /tell to myself, Pkx Rewt, Heltyr Skeltyr, Jayde Lockhart, or Windalahna Sirgile in-game. Our Casual rank is for anyone and everyone. To bad you guys are west coast im looking for a FC but i would be winding down for bed on weekdays by the time you guys were gearing up to go

Most of us are EST I believe. I mean no offense but are you understanding the times correctly? We raid 9-12 EST or 6-9 PST. Any earlier and anyone from the west coast who had a standard job would be hard pressed to make raid on time.
